Unfortunately, after a span of six years, our beloved Bakelite tool has reached the end of its lifespan, necessitating a complete re-tooling of the entire eXalt range. In collaboration with a renowned manufacturer, we have embarked on a joint venture to create an exclusive brown product reminiscent of "Bakelite" using Urea.
While the look and feel of the new product remain remarkably similar, the manufacturing process has undergone significant changes. Retaining its status as a thermoset material, it maintains exceptional strength, boasts a glossy finish, and exhibits impressive resistance to extreme temperatures.
The enhanced manufacturing process brings forth several advantages, including reduced wastage, prolonged tool longevity, and the ability to undertake shorter and more efficient production runs. However, it's important to note that if an item from the current range is displayed as 'Out of Stock,' we regret to inform you that it is genuinely unavailable at the moment.
